In order to qualify for the NEAT Program, you must reside or be willing to reside in one of the following 10 States of the Northeast: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Vermont, as well as the Eastern Shore of Maryland. If you are interested in a career in the Outside Electrical Line Industry and you are not willing to reside in one of these states, please visit the AJATC for information on the outside training program in your area.
