COMMUNITY FEEDBACK

Today was my second day without power and it was brutal, but there was a high point. Today two gentlemen showed up to replace a transformer outside of my house. I spoke with them regarding the amount of time that it may take to get the power back on. They politely replied that they were doing their best and that they couldn't promise but it would most likely be about two hours. Well I have to say with nothing else I could watch inside I decided to watch the show outside and I could not believe what these men had to do in this heat, and what they had to wear! Oh my God, I think I would have died! Needless to say these gentlemen had the power restored in half the time that they said they would which impressed me but what impressed me even more was the thoroughness they displayed in their work. They knocked on every ones door to ensure everyone had power and that everything was OK before they left. I tried to get their names but all they would say is that they were linemen from local 126 working in conjunction with Peco in order to help restore every ones power as quickly as possible. And I think these men should be commended. The only information that I could get was off of their truck. It said Riggs Distler truck number 9252. One gentlemen did have some interestingly large earrings and lots of tattoos, maybe you know these men but I would like to thank These men, Riggs Distler ,and Peco for their speedy response to my problem I know it must be hard out in this heat but keep up the good work and may God be with you.

Thank you. Thank you for your hard working dedicated men.
