In addition to the hourly rates listed above, employers also contribute to your retirement on your behalf. The retirement plan may be a defined benefit pension, annuity, 401k or some combination of the four depending on your home local. Whatever the specific plan may be, the hourly rate paid into your retirement by the contractor will range from just under $13 per hour worked to somewhere over $15 per hour worked, depending on your home local. In addition to that, our health, dental and vision benefits are also completely funded by the contractor with no cost to you other than normal co-pays and the benefit plans provide very good coverage.
